Ride planning, how much notice.

Didn't post a vote. If I'm off and have my errands and chores done I love to go on rides and can be ready anytime. However for planned big runs that happen on days I normally work I can schedule myself off if givin notice by Friday the week before. A monthly Calender with planned weekly events would be extremely helpful. I've seen many forums with this function though I don't know if this one has it or can have it.
