I only got 8900 out of this rear. My last one went 10,000 I run continental motion tires. I've found they have the best mileage. What kinda mileage is everyone else getting out of their tires?

I run Dunlop Sportmax Q2's which are great dual compound road & track hypersport tires. Typically I get about 3500-4000 miles out of a set, with a trackday or two thrown in the mix

Damn Stealth, you must be really light on the throttle. I've never gotten more than 6kmi out of a rear. That was the 1st tire on my 1st sportbike(ZX6R). Now I'm down to less than 4kmi before the rear is gone.

As you can tell from the tire, I do 95% highway miles. Commuting back and forth to work. The middle wears out long before the sides do. I'm pretty happy they last as long as they do since I ride at least 2k miles a month. I purchased this rear from G & C Honda for $106. Mounted it myself yesterday morning and now I'm back on the road again. In the picture below, on the left is power pilot 3 tires and on the right is the Continental motion. The pilots wears down on the sides much faster then the continental.

I know I wore out a front tire really fast once because I had a leaking fork seal and it was causing me to ride with a slight lean

I get around 3500 miles for dual compounds. I had Pirelli Diablo Rosso II and got 3800 miles. The second set was also the same kind, but only lasted a bit more than 3000. Now I am running, Michelin Pilot Power 2 CT and I am happier with these than the Rosso II. We will see how much they last. By the way, motorcycle-superstore has the best prices on tires.

Bridgestone stopped making BT021 for some reason maybe defective IDK because bridgstones street tires were behind the times and kinda sucked. There new S20 is finally on par with the competition.
